  • Full, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide rights to capture, use, publish, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute any photographs, video recordings, written or spoken testimonials, social media posts, comments, product reviews, or references to your name or likeness taken or submitted during or related to any AmaKambon.com service, event, or purchase.

This includes:

  • Any photos or video taken during live or virtual events.
  • Any reviews you submit about products or services.
  • Any mention of AmaKambon.com or its products on social media or public forums.

You acknowledge that:

  • These materials are the sole and exclusive property of Ama Kambon and may be used in perpetuity for marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed.
  • No payment, compensation, or royalties will be provided to you for the use of these materials.
  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at an in-person event, it is your responsibility to notify the event organizer in advance in writing. Requests to exclude footage or names after content has been captured may not be honored.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Accra, Ghana.
Any disputes arising from use of this site or its services shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration, not through court litigation or class action.
